Life's Hard Questions

Em: Mom, is everything in this world made in China?
Me: Well, not everything....
Em: And if it's made there, how do they even know how to spell "made in china?"

have you ever heard the song "where do they make balloons?" by they might be giants? my kids love it and this post reminded me of it for some reason. cute em, she's a thinker just like her mom.

This is wild...both my boys are obsessed right now with the fact that everything says "made in china." They won't stop talking about it!

I'm back...at least I hope I am. I laughed so hard at Em's questions. At least she doesn't want to know why killer whales eat baby penguins, but one day she will ask that question too. Just wait!

That Em's is going to go places I tell you! I have to make this short....Eden wants to rock out to your Coldplay song. You ROCK girlfriend...loved your post of the olympics....I hate to say it, but I only was able to watch about 20 minutes of the entire games....maybe I should have scheduled some time in....and then I would be motivated to start running again...but the sad truth is I probably would have sat down with crepes to watch them...I am kind of liking being the athletic supporter right now!
